Here's an interactive scatterplot of audience scores against critic ratings for over 2600 movies via Rotten Tomatoes®. The idea is films that received great reviews from critics but not from their audience were "overrated" (bottom right) — while movies trashed by critics but loved by audience reviewers were "underrated" (top left).
